Nancy Nellor RetsinasI have been a lawyer in Washington since 1991 and in Oregon since 1992, after earning my law degree at University of Oregon School of Law (1991). I am a graduate of University of Portland (BA Communications, 1986). Vancouver, Washington has been my home all my life, from Harney Elementary to McLoughlin Junior High to Hudson's Bay and Clark College.
